We loved the warm welcome and traditional atmosphere of this hotel, with more than 400 years of history. The staff went above and beyond to prepare delicious vegetarian meals for my son. The onsen was big, clean, and very relaxing. We were impressed with the delicate and delicious breakfast and dinner made with fresh, local ingredients. The transportation, location and shuttle service were very convenient.

The location was great, and we loved the traditional Japanese style of the accommodation. the onsen provided a relaxing and peaceful environment to unwind.
The staff seemed to ignore me, even though I could speak Japanese and booked the hotel myself. They only paid attention to my partner who is Japanese.

Our group of friends had a unique and relaxing stay at a traditional Japanese onsen hotel surrounded by nature. We enjoyed the spacious and clean communal onsen and the friendly and accommodating staff. the Japanese-style rooms were cozy and comfortable, with some located in a newer building with modern amenities, and some in an older building with traditional charm. We savored the delicious local vegetarian meals served to us and appreciated the free shuttle service to nearby transportation hubs.
It would be even better if the hotel could provide more diverse facilities such as an exercise room or more activities.

I had a great time staying at this traditional Japanese hotel. the dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, with fresh, local ingredients that were beautifully presented. the onsen was definitely a highlight of my stay, with big and clean mass bathing places that were so relaxing. It was also great to be able to experience a Japanese-style room, complete with tatami mats and futon bedding. Plus, the location was easy to access by bus, making it a convenient place to stay.
